Experience: Freshers / Students with interest in IT Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers for requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for product/service requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and track lead status.
- Support the sales team in preparing daily/weekly sales reports.
- Learn and understand IT products and solutions such as CCTV, Networking, IT Hardware, Servers, AMC and Infrastructure Solutions.
Lead Generation Identify and generate qualified leads regularly Customer Follow-up Timely follow-up and proper lead tracking
Market Research Identify current prospects,
industries and business opportunities
Sales Support Assist in quotations, proposals and presentations
CRM / Data Management Maintain accurate and updated lead/customer records

Team Coordination Effective coordination with Sales, Presales & Technical Teams
Reporting Submit accurate daily/weekly activity reports
Learning & Development Demonstrate continuous improvement in IT sales and communication skills
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn IT products and solutions.
