Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer support after policy issuance, including policy servicing, renewals, claims, and coordination with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post-sales customer queries and policy servicing.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs for claim processing.
- Track and follow up on pending claims and service requests.
- Support policy renewals and endorsements.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance/customer service preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and claims.
- Customer-focused and organized.
