About The Role We are looking for a motivated Sales & Field Executive to support Rudocode’s business development activities. The role involves conducting market surveys, identifying potential customers, generating quality leads, understanding customer requirements, maintaining follow-ups, and creating new business opportunities through effective field engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits.
- Conduct market surveys to understand local business needs.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Interact with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Introduce Rudocode products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with interested customers.
- Update lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Collect market feedback and customer insights and share them with the team.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and handle interactions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of the local business market. Previous experience in sales or field work is preferred. Interest in learning software products and technology. Benefits & Perks
₹7,000 – ₹10,000 monthly salary based on skills and experience.
Travel allowance provided for approved field visits.
