Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhiwandi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present WheelsEye’s transport solutions, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, resolving service-related concerns in coordination with operations teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Executive will track sales activities, prepare reports, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and market penetration in the Bhiwandi region.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of logistics, transport, or supply chain operations; prior experience in trucking or FMCG distribution is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct field visits, work on-site in Bhiwandi, and manage local market dynamics independently.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and basic computer tools for lead management, reporting, and documentation.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Bhiwandi; strong presentation and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with resilience, problem-solving capabilities, and ethical business conduct.
- Preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
