Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in and appointment-based customers, present jewellery collections, explain product features and craftsmanship, and support clients in making informed purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, handling billing and documentation,



and updating customer records. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, following up on leads, and supporting sales targets through personalised service and upselling where appropriate.

Executive will collaborate closely with the showroom and management teams to ensure a refined, professional, and welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation and active listening abilities.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Professional demeanour, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity when handling high-value products and client information.
