Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhagalpur.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Mother Dairy products in the assigned territory, including managing retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Daily activities include visiting market outlets, executing sales plans, monitoring stock levels, ensuring product visibility, and implementing promotional activities. The role involves tracking sales performance, collecting market and competitor insights, preparing regular reports, and coordinating with internal teams for supply, logistics, and customer support.

The Sales

Executive is expected to build strong relationships with channel partners,



address customer concerns promptly, and uphold Mother Dairy’s standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess account management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow retailer and distributor networks.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with sales data, MS Excel, and daily/weekly MIS reporting.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in relevant local languages and English.
- Candidates should possess territory management and planning skills, including route planning, time management, and prioritization of key accounts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in FMCG or dairy sales will be beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, high ethical standards, willingness to travel locally, and the ability to work independently in the field.
