​Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our client acquisition efforts across the Jammu region. In this role, you will identify potential clients, present our advertising solutions, and close high-value ad deals.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- ​Pitch tailored advertising and marketing solutions to local business owners, brands, and corporate clients.
- ​Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales agreements.
- ​Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and upselling opportunities.
- ​Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- ​Prepare daily sales pipeline updates and submit regular progress reports to management.

​Qualifications & Skills

- ​Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)



or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred).
- ​Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or advertising (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- ​Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- ​Requirements: A valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for field visits are mandatory.
- ​Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Dogri; working knowledge of English is an asset.
