What You'll Do (With Our Guidance & Training):

- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying B2B leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Outreach: Confidently reach out to prospective clients, schedule meetings, and learn how to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with the core team to track your leads and manage day-to-day sales activities.
- Close & Onboard:



Shadow our senior team members during contract negotiations and learn the end-to-end client onboarding process.
- Market Voice: Act as an ambassador for PayTap, gathering on-the-ground feedback to help shape our future sales strategies.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with a strong passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply!
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Core Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented, and coachable attitude. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be eager to learn.
- Bonus Points: A general interest in fintech or SaaS, and any basic familiarity with CRM software (though we will train you!).
