Job SummaryAs a Sales & Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting online product demonstrations, converting prospects into customers, onboarding new users, and ensuring they successfully use the PragatiOne application.

This is a 100% remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships over phone and video calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact contractors, builders, and construction companies through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Generate current sales opportunities and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations of the PragatiOne mobile application.
- Explain product features, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Guide customers through account setup and onboarding.
- Train customers on how to use the application effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure long-term engagement.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.




- Follow up regularly with customers to improve product adoption and retention.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide customer feedback to help improve the product.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently from home.
