? Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and the sales team

Prepare and manage quotations

Handle day-to-day office and sales coordination work

Follow up with clients regarding requirements and quotations

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing

Maintain sales-related records and documentation

? Requirements

✅ B.E. Mechanical qualification

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Knowledge of quotation preparation

✅ Valuable MS Office / Excel skills

✅ Strong follow-up and organizational abilities

✅ Experience in sales coordination or a manufacturing/engineering environment will be an advantage
