We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, explaining our products/services, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about our products/services.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Generate and convert leads through effective communication and relationship building.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.





Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Achieve assigned sales and follow-up objectives.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Sales experience will be an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
