Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist
Location: Bengaluru, hybrid — regular travel to colleges/universities
Type: Full time
What you'll own
- Sell our product to colleges and universities — outreach, demos, closing
- Build and run marketing from the ground up — brand, content, campaigns
- Own our LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence
- Travel to campuses for demos, onboarding, and relationship-building
- Turn product updates into pitches and campaigns
- Work directly with the founders — high autonomy, real impact
You should have
- 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally startup or edtech
- Comfortable pitching to institutions and closing deals
- Sharp written and verbal communication
- Willing to travel regularly
- Figure-it-out energy — you're often the only one on this
Nice to have
- Experience selling to colleges/universities or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on with paid ads and analytics
