? We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Specialist | Project Buddy

Project Buddy is looking for a Sales Manager who can own the complete client acquisition and closing process.

This is not a lead-generation-only role.

You will own the sales journey from finding the right prospects to closing the deal and handing the project over to the delivery team.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For

→ Find and qualify potential clients

→ Prospect founders, CEOs, business owners and decision-makers

→ Build and manage your own sales pipeline

→ Conduct discovery conversations

→ Understand business challenges and identify opportunities

→ Present Project Buddy’s technology, AI, automation and software solutions

→ Prepare and present proposals

→ Negotiate commercial terms

→ Close projects

→ Maintain strong client relationships through handover

? Compensation — Unlimited Earning Potential

Phase 1 — First 3 Successful Projects The first 3 successfully closed and paid projects will be commission-based.

There is no commission cap.

Phase 2 — After 3 Successful Projects

Once you successfully close your first 3 projects:

Fixed Monthly Salary + Uncapped Commission on Every Project You Close

? No Commission Ceiling.

The more business you bring in and close, the more you earn.

Commission will be based on revenue actually collected from successfully closed projects.

? Who We’re Looking For

You could be a solid fit if you:

- Have experience in B2B sales / business development




- Know how to prospect and generate your own opportunities
- Are comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs and decision-makers
- Can sell based on business problems and outcomes
- Understand consultative selling
- Are confident handling negotiations
- Can close deals independently
- Are target-driven and commercially minded
- Can manage the complete sales cycle
- Have experience selling software, SaaS, AI, technology, automation or professional services — preferred
