Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Gorakhpur. The specialist will generate leads, build relationships with families and healthcare partners, and promote Carekro’s caregiving and home healthcare services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, explaining service offerings, and guiding them through enrollment and onboarding. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design and execute local marketing campaigns, maintaining customer records,



and tracking sales targets. The specialist will also provide product and service training support to caregivers and team members as needed, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with families, caregivers, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive client acquisition, manage pipelines, and meet performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support caregiver orientation and internal team education about services and processes.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of marketing principles, local market outreach, and relationship-building in the healthcare or service sector.
