Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and presenting Aquinox and AquaPress product solutions for various infrastructure and construction projects. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, delivering product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.

The role also includes executing marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns and events, collecting market intelligence,



and providing feedback to internal teams for product and strategy improvement. The representative will collaborate closely with sales leadership, technical teams, and marketing to meet revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities to drive lead generation, conversion, and account growth.
- Experience in Training customers or partners on product features, usage, and advantages.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships within B2B or industrial product environments.
- Preferred experience in plumbing, building materials, infrastructure, or related engineering solutions.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and techniques, including presentations, digital outreach, and trade events.
- Comfort with fieldwork and on-site client visits in and around New Delhi.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
