Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, managing client queries, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the creative team to understand service offerings, helping prepare sales presentations and proposals, and participating in promotional campaigns. The intern will also engage with prospective and existing clients, support basic market research,



and contribute to improving customer experience under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Customer Service and client interaction skills to handle inquiries and support positive relationships.
- Sales skills, including basic understanding of sales processes and confidence in engaging with prospects.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest, with the ability to learn from and support senior sales staff.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in branding, design services, and the creative agency environment.
