The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell the company's diamonds and jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production, operations, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions,



trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Explore opportunities in both Indian and international markets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client queries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in diamond, jewellery, luxury goods, B2B sales, or related industries will be preferred.
