Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with dealers and end customers. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, participate in promotional events, and provide product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment,



and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves delivering product training to dealers and customer teams, maintaining accurate sales reports, and contributing to strategies that enhance brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with dealers and end users.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets, manage pipelines, and support dealer networks.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product presentations and capability-building sessions for partners and customers.
- Experience in industrial equipment, construction machinery, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven reporting is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
