Role Description The Sales and Marketing Esecutive is a full-time, on-site role based in various cities of Bihar. In this position, the intern supports outreach campaigns to promote LanguageMaster’s programs, engages with prospective learners, and assists in converting leads into enrollments. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing information about courses and services, maintaining customer records, and offering guidance to learners throughout the enrollment process.
The intern also helps coordinate promotional activities, participates in training sessions for product knowledge, and collaborates with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to convey program information clearly and assist learners in understanding course offerings.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms to support marketing initiatives.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in EdTech or education services.
- Ability to work on-site in Bihar, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is expected.

This is not a Work-from-Home / Desk-based internship.
You will not be required to report to any company office. Instead, you will work within your own locality and surrounding market, meet potential learners and institutions, generate leads and build local business relationships.
? Your Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Person, you will be responsible for developing the local market for LanguageMaster's career-oriented courses.
Your activities will include
- Meet students, fresh graduates, job seekers and working professionals in your locality
- Explain LanguageMaster's courses, features, benefits and career opportunities
- Identify potential learners interested in our paid courses
- Visit colleges, coaching centres, educational institutes and other relevant institutions
- Meet a minimum number of new prospects every day and develop your local network
- Approach institutes and explore opportunities to make them LanguageMaster Career Partners
- Build referral relationships with institutes and local networks
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and direct interaction
- Follow up with interested candidates and support course conversions
- Maintain daily activity records and submit daily reports to the Reporting Manager
? Working Days & Timing
Monday to Friday
⏰ 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(Including a reasonable lunch break)
You will independently plan your field visits within your locality and surrounding areas. No physical office reporting is required.
? Salary & Performance Incentives
Monthly Salary: ₹12000 - 22000
In addition, candidates can earn performance-based incentives, with potential monthly incentive earnings of approximately ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 based on successful performance and conversions.
Incentives are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
