About the Role

Ashwin Associates Pvt Ltd is an established distributor of ophthalmic and surgical healthcare products. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our operations in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer orders received through phone, WhatsApp and email. and Coordinate with billing teams for timely order processing.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and develop strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business from ophthalmologists, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Identify inactive customers and work towards reactivating them.
- Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.
- Visit customers in Chennai when required.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales follow-up records.
- Submit regular reports on sales, collections, orders and customer follow-ups.

Ophthalmic & Surgical Products, Intraocular Lenses (IOLs), Surgical Blades & Sutures,



Ophthalmic Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Ophthalmic Equipment.

Candidate Profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in pharma, surgical, medical, ophthalmic or healthcare sales/distribution preferred.
- B.Com candidates with valuable customer follow-up and payment collection skills are welcome.
- Any graduate with relevant sales experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, MS Excel, email and basic business software/ERP.
- Willing to make customer visits within Chennai.
- Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Chennai healthcare/pharma market will be preferred.

Performance Areas

Sales achievement, new customer acquisition, customer retention, order generation, payment collection, reduction of overdue outstanding and reactivation of inactive customers.

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month performance-based incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
