About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Robotics Product Manager who is passionate about technology, education, and building innovative learning solutions for K-12 students.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle of our Robotics, AI, STEM learning kits, platforms, and educational content.

Key Responsibilities• Own and manage the complete product lifecycle for Robotics & AI learning products.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
- Work closely with Curriculum, Hardware, Software, Design, Training, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Gather feedback from schools, teachers, trainers, students, and clients to improve products.
- Ensure products align with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, and relevant 21st-century skill frameworks.
- Contribute to Robotics, AI, STEM, and technology-based curriculum development.
- Participate in client and vendor discussions and translate requirements into actionable product solutions.
- Support Sales through product demonstrations, technical inputs,



solution presentations, and client queries.
- Work with Sales & Marketing on product positioning, pricing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage product timelines, specifications, documentation, launches, updates, and enhancements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and teacher training sessions whenever required.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback.
- Identify and resolve product-related challenges with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education Technology, or a related field.

Experience in Product Management, preferably in EdTech, Robotics, or K-12 learning products.

Strong understanding of Robotics kits, embedded systems, and coding platforms such as Arduino,Raspberry Pi, Scratch, etc.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent problem-solving and user-centric thinking.

Preferred• Experience in K-12 Robotics/STEM curriculum development.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
