Job Summary The Chennai Mobiles is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable mobile phones, accessories, and electronic gadgets, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, gadgets, and other retail products.

- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and advantages to customers.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Cross-sell and up-sell complementary products,



accessories, and value-added services.

- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

- Process billing transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

- Keep up to date with the latest mobile technologies, product launches, and promotional offers.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
