Role Description The Retail Sales - Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate product features, explain advantages and usage, and support customers in building self-care routines aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards,



managing inventory on the shop floor, and ensuring the store is clean and well-presented. The role also includes handling customer queries, processing sales transactions, and sharing feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care to offer informed, safe, and personalized beauty and wellness advice.
- Solid product knowledge of skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products to clearly explain features, benefits, and usage.
- Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and relationship building in a retail environment.
- Experience in retail sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and support store performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in beauty, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus.
