Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Merchandiser role based in Delhi, India.

The Retail

Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and organizing product displays, ensuring that collections are presented in an appealing and customer-friendly manner. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishment, and working closely with store teams to understand sales trends and customer preferences. The role involves supporting sales by optimizing product placement,



assisting with in-store promotions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards across categories such as pret, trousseau, bridal wear, and menswear.

The Merchandiser will also provide input on product assortment and work with management to improve overall store performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Retail and Sales experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing capabilities.
- Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic numerical/analytical abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced fashion retail environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in fashion merchandising or apparel retail is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in fashion, retail management, or business is an advantage.
