Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Uramaki is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth, guest-focused dining experience. This full-time, on-site role in Vasant Vihar involves leading and engaging the team, managing staff schedules, monitoring service standards, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
The Restaurant
Manager will coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain high food and beverage quality, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting hiring and training efforts,
managing inventory and vendor relationships, tracking key performance metrics, and implementing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of Pan-Asian cuisine or premium casual dining preferred.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, guests, and external partners.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and coaching restaurant staff, with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Knowledge of restaurant hygiene, safety regulations, and basic inventory and cost control practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous, but equivalent work experience is also valued.
