Experience: Fresher, 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree(IHM) or Hospitality Education
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing Personality and a Go-Getter Attitude
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring guests’ satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay.
- Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment.
- Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests.
- Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met.
- Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities
- Providing information about local attractions and activities
- Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments
- Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies
