Company Description CCFT Laboratories is a specialized clinical research organization focused on cosmetic, sunscreen, hair care, and ingredient safety testing, including extensive in-vitro studies and product toxicology evaluations. The laboratory has successfully completed over 2,000 clinical trials and adheres to recognized international standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 37001, and OECD Guidelines for GLP compliance. CCFT Laboratories is a DST-FIST Centre at MIET (Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology), demonstrating strong scientific infrastructure and support.

The team brings together technical expertise from MIET and regulatory expertise from MGCTS to handle complex safety projects across areas like skin sensitization, cytotoxicity, phototoxicity, irritation, and carcinogenicity/mutagenicity. The organization also supports brands in achieving safety marks such as “paraben free,” “cruelty free,” “non-toxic,” and “safe for skin,” offering a comprehensive approach to product safety and compliance.

Role Description The Research Executive-Trainee will support clinical and in-vitro research projects related to cosmetics, personal care, and ingredient safety testing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Meerut and involves assisting in study design, data collection, documentation, and basic analysis under the guidance of senior researchers. Daily tasks include helping prepare research protocols and questionnaires,



coordinating with internal teams for test scheduling, and ensuring accurate recording of observations and results.

The trainee will contribute to preparing presentations and reports for internal review and client communication, while adhering to laboratory standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes learning and following established safety procedures, maintaining research records, and participating in continuous training to develop domain knowledge.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Questionnaire Design to support study planning and data collection.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret research data and contribute to meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Presentation skills to share findings clearly with internal teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of clinical or laboratory research processes, cosmetics or personal care products, or toxicology concepts is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science, pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and a willingness to learn in a structured research setting are essential.
- Comfort working in an on-site laboratory setting in Meerut and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is expected.
