Role Purpose:
The Communications Specialist plays a key role in advancing ACIndia’s position as a strategic global capabilities center, serving as an innovation hub, scale engine,
and critical driver of outcomes for Albertsons Companies. This role executes integrated communications that connect the work delivered in ACIndia to enterprise strategy while strengthening its reputation as a top destination for talent.
Through compelling storytelling, employer brand content, and multi-channel communications, the role showcases the impact of ACIndia’s capabilities, elevates leadership visibility, and brings the associate experience to life, positioning ACIndia as a differentiated, high-performing, and people-first workplace in a competitive talent market.
Role Overview:
- Support the execution of ACIndia’s communications strategy by managing owned channels, internal communications, and content operations that strengthen employer brand, drive associate engagement, and enable consistent storytelling.
- As the execution backbone of ACIndia Communications, this role owns day-to-day content, channels, and reporting. The role works closely with leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external agencies to deliver high-quality communication programs with consistency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owned Channels & External Content
- Own ACIndia LinkedIn end-to-end (planning, creation, publishing, performance tracking)
- Support content for YouTube and other owned platforms
- Execute employer brand content aligned to content pillars
- Develop content to support talent acquisition and hiring campaigns
- Support amplification of leadership visibility content
Internal Communications:
- Adapt global messaging and campaigns for ACIndia context
- Own newsletter (planning, drafting, publishing)
- Manage SharePoint portal updates
- Manage digital signage content
- Support internal campaigns and leadership messaging
- Support communications for internal events
Content & Editorial Operations:
- Maintain editorial calendar and content pipeline
- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders
- Ensure content is on-brand and high-quality
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Compile monthly metrics and OKR reporting, translating data into actionable insights
- Recommend content and channel optimizations based on analytics
- Track performance and recommend improvements
Asset & Channel Management:
- Optimize channel strategy for increased reach and engagement
- Maintain brand assets and content library
- Ensure governance and brand consistency
- Collaboration with Agency & Stakeholders:
- Coordinate with agency for campaigns and amplification
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand and timeline expectations
- Support PR, external events, and leadership visibility programs
Other:
- Ensure alignment with global enterprise brand and communications standards
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience in communications or content roles
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn or digital channels
- Solid stakeholder management and execution ability
Preferred Skill:
- GCC or tech environment experience
- Familiarity with internal comms tools (SharePoint, Teams)
- Basic design/video tools (Canva, Adobe)
- Familiarity with Analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, SharePoint) and reporting experience
