Role Description The Reporter role at vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur. The Reporter will gather, verify, and present information related to company activities, factory operations, product developments, and employee initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending internal events and meetings, researching topics, and producing transparent, accurate news stories and content for internal and external channels. The role involves creating written reports, multimedia pieces,



and news updates that align with brand guidelines and communication standards. The Reporter will collaborate closely with communication, HR, and operations teams to ensure consistent, timely, and engaging coverage of key developments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to gather information, verify facts, and create clear, engaging stories.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to convey complex topics in accessible, professional language.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills to produce content suitable for digital platforms, including text, images, and basic audio/video.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in journalism, corporate communications, or content creation, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Rudrapur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality when handling internal information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
