We are looking for an Senior Associate – Replenishment Planning to own inventory replenishment across a high-SKU, high-velocity operating environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the right inventory is available at the right place and at the right time while balancing availability, working capital, ageing, and expiry. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, building processes from scratch, and solving operational problems end-to-end.
What You’ll Own
- Demand Forecasting: Analyse consumption trends and forecast demand across consumable SKUs.
- Reorder Planning: Define and continuously improve reorder points, safety stock and replenishment quantities.
- Purchase Planning: Translate demand into purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors on order placement and fulfilment.
- Inbound Management: Track purchase orders, inbound schedules and vendor commitments to ensure timely stock availability.
- Inventory Health: Own metrics such as fill rate, stockouts, inventory ageing, expiry and excess/slow-moving inventory.
- Warehouse & Partner Inventory: Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and partner locations and identify replenishment gaps.
- Process Building: Build the foundational inventory and replenishment processes that are currently being set up.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Create and maintain inventory dashboards and trackers to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Identify recurring inventory issues,
diagnose root causes and drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, supply chain, procurement planning or demand planning.
- Hands-on experience managing inventory in a high-SKU, high-velocity environment.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, reorder points, safety stock and inventory health metrics.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and build practical models.
- SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being built and ambiguity is high.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage operational follow-through with vendors and internal teams.
