Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role located in India.

The Relationship

Manager will build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with personal and corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include understanding client financial needs, recommending suitable banking and investment products, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The role involves managing client portfolios, monitoring account activities, handling inquiries and issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

The Relationship

Manager will also prepare client reports, support compliance with regulatory requirements,



and contribute to local business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and manage client relationships, with strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of retail and corporate banking products, including deposits, loans, and foreign exchange services.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the capacity to explain financial solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach with good organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.
- Previous experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment; proficiency in English is required, and additional local languages are an asset.
