We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our JM Financial Sub-Broking team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be the face of our financial services, responsible for expanding our client base, driving brokerage revenue, and providing tailored investment solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new clients to open Demat and Trading accounts.
- Revenue Generation: Drive consistent brokerage revenue by encouraging active trading and guiding clients through market opportunities.
- Portfolio Expansion: Cross-sell a diverse range of third-party investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and Insurance, to maximize wallet share.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail clients,
ensuring excellent service delivery and client retention.
- Market Advising: Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with timely insights to help them make informed investment decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services sales.
- Certifications: NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification is highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking abilities and the confidence to pitch complex financial products to prospective clients.
