Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new customers, particularly self-employed individuals seeking affordable housing and loans against property. The role includes assessing customer needs, explaining loan products and terms, assisting with application and documentation, and coordinating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing.

The Relationship





Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with customers, monitor portfolio quality, address queries and concerns, and support timely repayments. The role also involves meeting sales and collection targets, conducting field visits, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
