Role Description The Relationship Manager Gold Loan will manage end-to-end gold loan operations and customer relationships at the Baramati branch in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include sourcing new gold loan customers, explaining product features and eligibility, conducting preliminary assessments of gold for loan issuance, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves monitoring loan accounts, managing renewals and closures,



handling customer queries and service issues, and coordinating with branch and regional teams to meet business targets.

Loan will also support risk management practices, maintain high standards of customer service, and promote other relevant financial products when appropriate.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail lending or gold loan operations, with strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Knowledge of basic banking processes, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and ability to work with branch-level systems and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in office in Baramati, manage targets, and collaborate effectively with branch and regional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; experience in gold loans or microfinance will be an advantage.

- Comfort with local language(s) and culture in Baramati and surrounding areas to engage effectively with households and communities.
