Regulatory Consultant

Engagement: Consultant / Part time / Project-based

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Role Description The Regulatory Affairs Consultant (CDSCO | FSSAI | Compliance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing regulatory submissions and approvals with CDSCO and FSSAI, ensuring that all products and services comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, interpreting regulatory requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain compliance across product development and marketing activities.

The consultant will also support cross-functional projects, maintain regulatory records,



and provide guidance on risk mitigation and best practices in regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Submissions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CDSCO and FSSAI regulations and procedures.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, or related regulated sectors.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in pharmacy, life sciences, food technology, or a related field.
