The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, channel development, key account management, and business expansion for Everest Instruments' portfolio of Ultrasonic Milk Analyzers, Milk Collection Automation Systems, DPMCUs, Data Processing Units, Milk Testing Solutions, and related dairy automation products across the assigned territory.

The incumbent will work closely with dairies, milk unions, cooperative societies, private dairy processors, distributors, and other stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve regional sales targets for dairy automation and milk testing products.
- Generate new business opportunities from dairy cooperatives, private dairies, milk producer companies, and institutional customers.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies and growth plans.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and applications.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dairy customers.
- Engage with Managing Directors, Procurement Heads,



Technical Heads, Plant Heads, and Quality Control teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Support customers in selecting suitable products and solutions.

Product Promotion & Market Development

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Organize customer meetings, roadshows, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Promote recent products and product upgrades.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

CRM & Sales Reporting

- Ensure timely updating of leads, opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews.
- Monitor conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Application, Service, Production, and Commercial teams for smooth project execution.
- Support installation planning and post-sales customer engagement.
- Liaise with finance and logistics teams for payment follow-up and dispatch coordination.
