Regional Manager - Sales - Large Corporates Acquisition - 4+ Years Mumbai We are looking for a Regional Manager Business Development with 4+ years of experience in acquiring and managing Large Corporate clients, specifically within the Corporate Banking/Wholesale Banking segment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in asset-side banking products, including working capital loans, fund-based and non-fund-based facilities, and overdraft (OD) limits, along with a proven track record in corporate client acquisition and relationship management. Candidates from Retail Banking backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Drive origination of rating business across mid-sized and large corporates within the assigned region.
- Acquire new clients while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Identify unrated corporates and support their transition to the rated domain to help leverage ratings for fundraising.
- Develop market intelligence, competitor insights, and geography/service-wise sales plans to drive business growth.
- Own quarterly and annual sales revenue targets while maintaining a strong understanding of client industries, trends, financial performance, and competitors.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate/Wholesale Banking, with a strong track record of acquiring Large Corporate clients.
- Strong new client acquisition (hunting) experience,



with greater focus on acquiring new Large Corporate relationships rather than farming/managing existing accounts.
- Hands-on experience with asset-side banking products, including Working Capital Loans, Fund-Based and Non-Fund-Based Facilities, and OD Limits.
- Proven ability to identify, acquire, and onboard Large Corporate clients while driving business and revenue growth.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
