Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating assessments, and facilitating interview schedules across various functions.

The Recruitment

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a consistent and inclusive recruitment experience. Daily activities include conducting interviews,



maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment reports, and supporting onboarding and training coordination for new team members. The role also involves promoting Aerione Bharat’s mission and culture to potential applicants and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Recruiting, including end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
- Proficiency in Interviewing candidates and assessing role fit using structured and fair evaluation methods.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, collaborate with internal teams, and present information clearly.
- Experience in Training or onboarding support, helping new team members integrate effectively into the organization.
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition qualified, or similar HR role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education, STEM, or aerospace domains is an advantage.
