Role Description The Recruiter at Angel Logistics will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for on-ground and office-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. This full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad involves partnering closely with operations and leadership teams to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines for delivery personnel, supervisors, and support staff. Day-to-day duties include drafting job descriptions, posting openings across relevant channels, conducting candidate assessments, organizing interview schedules,



and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and support compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also includes onboarding coordination, collaborating on workforce planning, and contributing to employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for operations and logistics roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with operations teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, ATS or applicant tracking systems, and basic HR databases.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of logistics or delivery operations environments, workforce planning, and field recruitment will be an advantage.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, basic reporting on recruitment metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Ahmedabad, with strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse candidate groups.
