About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Search professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of specialized experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industry-specific talent landscapes, particularly within engineering, EPC, infrastructure, real estate, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact senior leadership assignments, managing client relationships, and expanding our market footprint through proactive business development. This position offers an excellent chance to work with top-tier clients and contribute to their leadership succession planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in executive search or leadership hiring, with proven expertise in handling senior and leadership mandates.



Prior experience with a reputable executive search or leadership consulting firm is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis within relevant sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, along with a robust professional network of senior industry professionals. A track record of independently managing multiple mandates and delivering within tight deadlines is highly desirable. Educational qualifications relevant to HR, Business Administration, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring mandates for clients across targeted industry sectors, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies by understanding client requirements, organizational structures, and leadership needs.
- Lead searches for senior management, business heads, functional heads, CXOs, and other leadership positions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Engage in client management, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, updates, and strategic consultations.
- Build and nurture a vast network of senior professionals across engineering, EPC, infrastructure, real estate, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities through client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts,



contributing to the company's growth.
- Lead and mentor junior researchers and consultants involved in search assignments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct market intelligence activities including talent mapping, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to enhance search effectiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of mandates by managing multiple assignments efficiently and maintaining high standards of quality.
