About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of dedicated experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates, with a proven track record in delivering high-impact recruitment solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end executive search assignments, engaging with clients to understand their leadership needs, and building long-term relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for leading searches across various sectors, including Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, and Chemicals, among others, and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging industry networks and market intelligence to identify top talent for critical leadership roles.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring,



with prior experience working within an executive search or leadership consulting firm. A strong understanding of permanent recruitment mandates, especially for senior and leadership positions, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent client management skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

A robust professional network within the relevant sectors, coupled with expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis, is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills are required to succeed in this role. The ability to independently manage multiple mandates, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results is crucial.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring mandates for clients across relevant industry sectors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies by understanding client requirements, organizational structures, business objectives, and leadership needs.
- Lead searches for senior management, business heads, functional heads, CXOs, and other leadership positions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of senior professionals across sectors such as Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing.




- Drive client management activities, including stakeholder engagement, account management, and business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Mentor and lead junior researchers and consultants involved in search assignments, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Track industry trends, market intelligence, talent pools, and competitor movements to enhance search effectiveness and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles, market insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
