Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Real Estate Underwriter & Transaction Coordinator to join our team in a full-time remote capacity (US EST/CST working hours).

In this role, you will be the backbone of our deal execution - ensuring our acquisition team makes accurate, fast offers while managing the post-contract process all the way to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwriting & Valuation: Run comparables, analyze market trends, and evaluate property data using platforms like Zillow, PropStream, Privy, and MLS to calculate ARV, repair budgets, and Offers across US and Canadian markets .
- Transaction Coordination: Manage the end-to-end closing process—audit contracts, track inspection windows, oversee earnest money deposits (EMD), and issue assignments/addendums.
- Stakeholder Communication: Actively liaise with US Title/Escrow companies, Canadian real estate lawyers/solicitors, buyers, and sellers to resolve title clouds and meet strict closing deadlines.
- Pipeline Management: Keep CRM records meticulously updated and ensure deal metrics meet company margin and risk standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in US/UK/Canada or India Mortgage Underwriting, Loan Processing, Title/Settlement Operations,



or Real Estate Investment Analysis (BPO/KPO back-office experience strongly preferred).
- Market Familiarity: Strong grasp of real estate contracts, clauses, and closing processes. Familiarity with US/UK/Canadian real estate closing dynamics is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with real estate research tools (PropStream, Privy, Zillow/Redfin), CRMs (Podio, GoHighLevel), e-Sign platforms (DocuSign, Dotloop), and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal English communication, extreme attention to detail, and a proactive attitude when following up with closing parties.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work full time during North American business hours (EST or CST shift).

- Overly Optimistic Estimators: If you naturally default to best-case valuation numbers instead of holding a conservative line on repair costs and comps, you will expose the acquisition team to financial risk.

Compensation & Shift Details:

- Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary (in INR) + Performance Incentive per closed transaction.
- Shift Timings: US Business Hours (EST/CST Shift - Fixed Night Shift in India).
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Remote.
