Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Tele Calling role based in Pune City. The tele caller will contact potential and existing clients to share information on real estate projects, explain property features, and address initial queries. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining call records, updating client databases, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

The tele caller will also support lead qualification, gather feedback from prospects,



and work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion. The position requires consistent phone-based engagement, professional communication, and a focus on delivering a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and transparent telephone etiquette skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer relationship management, lead follow-up, and basic sales support.
- Candidates should possess skills in data entry, maintaining call logs, and updating CRM or spreadsheets accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of real estate terminology and an interest in property and interior design sectors.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using tele-calling tools, office productivity software, and internet-based research.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field are preferred.
- Prior experience in tele calling, call center operations, or real estate customer service is an advantage.
