Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive residential property sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring strong customer engagement throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the residential sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential projects.
- Monitor leads, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Drive the team to maximize site visits, bookings, and revenue generation.
- Handle high-value customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals.




- Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Presales, CRM, and Project teams for smooth sales operations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 5–12+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably residential projects.
- Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience in team handling, lead conversion, site visits, and property closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore residential real estate market.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
