Role Description The Quality Management Representative (MR) is a full time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s quality management system in line with IATF-16949 standards. with Having 5 to 7 years of experiance in relevent field. The role involves coordinating internal and external quality audits, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with documented procedures. The MR will manage customer complaints, track resolution status, and work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to improve product and process quality.

Daily tasks include reviewing quality documentation, preparing reports and metrics,



conducting periodic reviews of the quality system, and supporting training initiatives related to quality and compliance. The individual will act as the primary contact for certification bodies and key customers on quality-related matters.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, with experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits and coordinating external audits.
- Experience in Complaint Management, including logging, analyzing, and resolving customer complaints and driving root cause analysis.
- Skilled in Documentation related to quality systems, procedures, work instructions, records, and reports to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field; quality-specific certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, preferably within automotive or precision manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and represent the organization to customers and auditors.
