About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage the review and quality control of design and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings by leveraging industry-standard QC practices and tools. This position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve discrepancies early in the design process, thereby minimizing errors during construction.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction documentation, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drawings review, quality control,



and interdisciplinary coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other relevant design and modeling tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

- Comprehend and interpret US Construction Document Sets (CD sets) to ensure clarity and completeness of design documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings to verify design integrity, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
- Identify and rectify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies within drawings, ensuring all design components are accurately represented.
- Utilize comprehensive QC checklists to confirm the inclusion of all necessary design elements and compliance with project standards.
- Verify coordination among all disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, and MEPF drawings, employing overlay techniques or Building Information Modeling (BIM)



for clash detection and resolution.
- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to address and resolve drawing conflicts or issues identified during reviews.
- Maintain detailed records of review findings, revisions, and quality control reports for project documentation and future reference.
- Ensure all drawings meet regulatory standards and project specifications before approval for construction.
