About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Design and Construction Drawings Reviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the review and quality control of architectural and engineering drawings to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and coordination across disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction documentation, industry standards, and quality assurance practices.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and facilitating seamless interdisciplinary coordination. Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.




- Proven experience in reviewing construction drawings, quality control processes, and interdisciplinary coordination within the construction or design industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and other relevant design and review applications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly review architectural, structural, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design intent.
- Utilize comprehensive quality control checklists to ensure all necessary design components are included and meet project standards.
- Identify and rectify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in drawings, and communicate necessary revisions to design teams.
- Conduct coordination checks among different disciplines to prevent clashes and ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
- Employ overlay techniques and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for clash detection, resolution, and effective coordination among disciplines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of review processes, discrepancies,



and resolutions for quality assurance records.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.
