✅Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience in Food Safety & Quality Assurance. A secure career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.

✅Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or Fisheries.

✅Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: FSMS implementation, HACCP execution, GMP enforcement, internal auditing, and seafood/meat processing quality control.

✅Software/Tools: Working proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Regional languages (Kannada). ✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Bangalore, with willingness to travel locally and nationally at short notice and work in a meat/seafood setup.

➡️Position Overview The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee product quality, food safety management systems, and regulatory compliance across processing units and retail outlets. This role focuses on maintaining strict HACCP standards, executing internal audits,



and driving root cause analysis to ensure top-tier product standards.

?Core Responsibilities

✔️FSMS & HACCP Execution: Implement, monitor, and maintain FSMS, HACCP plans, SOPs, and SSOPs across processing facilities.

✔️Product & Process Quality: Manage end-to-end process control parameters for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products in meat/seafood setups.

✔️Audits & CAPA: Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, direct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement timely corrective actions.

✔️Vendor & Lab Quality Management: Oversee external microbiology lab testing, sample collection, and conduct supplier audits for raw material compliance.

✔️Training & Dashboard Reporting: Train facility and retail teams on food safety standards, manage customer complaints, and maintain QA dashboards for leadership.
