Location- Mumbai & Pune.

Role Description-

Conduct quality inspection and surveillance at supplier/manufacturer locations.

Perform visual, dimensional, material and documentation inspections.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, ITPs, QAPs and inspection procedures.

Verify MTCs, test reports, calibration certificates and quality documents.

Witness/monitor testing, fabrication, assembly and manufacturing activities.

Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.

Prepare skilled inspection reports with observations, measurements and supporting documents.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and project teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, codes and customer specifications.

Maintain proper inspection records and ensure timely submission of reports.

Job Responsibilities-

- Perform inspection and quality control activities at supplier/manufacturer locations.
- Conduct dimensional, visual and quality inspections as per drawings,



specifications and applicable standards.
- Review manufacturing processes, quality documents and inspection reports.
- Verify material certificates, test certificates and other quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and project teams regarding quality requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper quality records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor quality during manufacturing, fabrication, assembly and testing activities.
- Candidates should have excellent Quality instruments knowledge.
- Candidates should understand MTC, DRG, PO, Specification & other relevant documents.
- Knowledge of inspection processes for machined cast, forged, and bar components is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control/Assurance and Software skills like SAP, MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English.

Candidate Profile-

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Quality Inspection / Supplier Inspection / Manufacturing Quality will be preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and documentation.
- Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to supplier/manufacturer locations as required.
