Role Description The Quality Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat, responsible for ensuring that medical disposable products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include executing and documenting quality control tests, inspecting materials and finished goods, monitoring production processes, and supporting root-cause analysis for non-conformities. The role involves collaborating with production, R&D;,



and warehouse teams to implement quality assurance procedures, maintain compliance with ISO 13485:2016, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Quality

Analyst will prepare reports, maintain quality records, assist in internal audits, and support training on quality guidelines for team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support problem-solving in quality-related issues.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspection, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and Quality Management systems, preferably within medical devices or healthcare manufacturing.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant educational background such as B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution
- Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 or similar quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical disposables.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in office in a clean-room environment, and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Experience with internal audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
